For families & caregivers

How to start services with Incompass.

We know that finding the right supports for the person you love can feel overwhelming. Our intake team will walk with you every step of the way — and most families are connected with a service coordinator within a week of reaching out.

1

Tell us about the person you love

Share a few details about their needs, age, and what you're hoping to find. There are no wrong answers — and nothing is binding.

2

Talk with an intake coordinator

A real person will call you within two business days to listen, answer questions, and help map out your options.

3

Visit a program together

We'll arrange a tour at the day program, residential home, or community setting that fits — and bring along anyone you want with you.

4

Build a plan that fits your life

We coordinate with the state, schools, hospitals, or other partners to finalize funding and a person-centered plan for getting started.
